After a not so good previous experience, we were hesitant to try again, but they made us feel at ease from the moment we walked in the door. They truly care about their clients and took the time to listen carefully to what we wanted. Not only did they exceed our expectations, but they also made our experience truly enjoyable. He's totally new what i needed and just absolutely fab, I will definitely be booking in with him again. Portishead is lucky to have somebody like him who understands curly hair (a rarity). Too good to be true?
This was my first visit to Bosscut and I chose them because of the very high number of 5-star reviews, probably the highest number I've ever seen for a local business. Too good to be true? Absolutely not. An exceptional experience with every detail you can imagine thoughtfully considered, from the moment you walk in the door until you leave with perhaps the best cut that I've ever had. First time using Bosscut today and it was a very good experience indeed! The service was exceptional, the studio very well presented, modern and clean and the location very convenient. I booked using their online booking system which was very easy to use and the follow-up communication from the team was also very good. In summary I would thoroughly recommend this salon. Thank you Team for sorting out my hair which quite frankly was a state and I look forward to visiting again!

You won't be disappointed
Such a lovely salon that I had no idea did appointments for ladies. My friend recommended Lois to me and I am so glad she did. Lois did such an amazing job on my hair. She took the time to create the perfect balayage in the exact colour I asked for and she cut and styled it beautifully. Lois is super friendly too, and made my time in the salon very comfortable. It’s so daunting going to a new stylist because having your hair done is a big thing. It’s what everyone notices. I much preferred my experience here than my last salon and I definitely will be coming to Lois now for all my future appointments. I’ve had so many compliments so I’ll be recommending all my friends!

I had my first appointment at Vines today; with the amazing stylist, Stacey! I haven't been to a salon for a few years and I required a completely new hairstyle; half a head shave, with one side left long! Something a bit more daring than usual! I was left in good hands! I struggle with my disabilities and mental health and Stacey was perfect 🙂 She's super friendly, very patient and understands what you want, even when you can't properly verbalise things! She always checks that you're happy throughout the haircut and makes sure you're comfortable - safe to say I'll be returning to this salon for all my future hair care ❤ I had some final touches added to my cut by Caroline, who I've booked in with again in the future, to keep the shaved part of my head tidy! The salon is fab, with very comfortable surroundings and kept very clean & tidy, the staff are all lovely! I highly recommend this Salon if you're looking for a place to get your hair done, I left there feeling really happy! Many thanks to Stacey & Caroline for doing an awesome job with my new hair style! Xx

Amazing Place
An amazing place! This really is better than any other Salon I have been to, especially in Portishead. The owners were so welcoming and just brilliant with my kids. There were drinks while we waited, games and tablets for kids, comfy sofas and friendly staff and a good hair cut as well. I can't see myself going anywhere else now!

Wash cut and blow dry with Lois and found that she really listened to understand the detail of how I wanted my hair styled and checked in along the way that I was happy with what was being done. I am very particular in how I like my hair styled and this was not a problem with Lois. So much so I have now been back for my second cut with Lois and will be back again. Thank you Lois!

Fantastic Experience with Jess
My partner came home very pleased with his hair cut from Mike the other day so I thought I would give this place a try! I had a ladies cut with Jess, wash, cut and blow dry and it was amazing! My hair was very very dry and in bad condition and I've walked away with smooth healthy hair! Jess made me feel very welcome, and gave me loads of tips to get my hair back into good condition 🙂 booked my next appointment already!

Five star service! I have had so many compliments on my hair cut seen I’ve been coming to Vines Salon. Recently my stylist has helped me go lighter and grey so my roots can grow out nicely and I LOVE IT.
